Dr. Capréol conducts individual cognitive behavioural therapy for anxiety and depression. Dr Anne L. Howson, Registered Psychologist.
Dr Howson provides individual cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) for depression, the anxiety disorders, and psychosis.
